Primary LSA Jobs Felixstowe. Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA), or do you have a background in childcare or social care? We are actively recruiting for primary schools in and around Ipswich that need dedicated and passionate LSAs to support learners with a range of needs.

Your role as a Primary LSA Jobs Felixstowe will involve:

• Providing one-on-one and small-group support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to ensure each child receives the right support.

We are looking for Primary LSA Jobs Felixstowe who possess:

• Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare/social care background.
• A L2 or L3 childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability and a positive, proactive approach to working in schools
