Salary; SCP4 £24,404 – SCP6 £25,193 FTE per annum

THE ROLE
We are very excited to announce that Ghost Hill Infant and Nursery School are looking for a Teaching Assistant Job Norwich to support in our Nursery.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a good knowledge of working with children with SEND. Part of the role will be supporting children with complex needs; as part of a strong team of adults in the classroom.
The main purpose of the role is to providing general and specific assistance to pupils and staff under the direction, guidance and direct supervision of the classroom teacher. The post holder will also supervise children during lunchtimes to support and develop their health and well-being and social development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to their class teacher for day-to-day activities.
The post holder interacts on a professional level with colleagues – including outside agencies – and members of the trust team, seeking to establish and maintain productive relationships with them in order to promote mutual understanding of the school curriculum with the aim of improving the quality of teaching and learning in the school.
