About The School:

Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for KS2/KS3, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students’ educational and personal development. Working closely with teachers and other staff, you will provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of our students. 🎓
Key Responsibilities:
📚 Assist in the planning and delivery of personalized learning activities.
🤝 Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
🌟 Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
📝 Help manage classroom behaviour and implement individual behaviour plans.
🌼 Support students’ social and emotional development.
🗂️ Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization.

About You:
👶 Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational or care setting.
🧠 Understanding of SEMH and strategies to support students with these needs.
🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🌟 Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
🤝 Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
