4myschools are seeking a compassionate and committed SEN LSA to start a job across Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across North Walsham, Norfolk working with high SEND requirements on daily supply following a January 2025 start. Responsibilities of the SEN LSA Job Norfolk:

Assisting students throughout completing their daily routines with an assurance on their well-being while working closely with them on their tailored learning activities.

Support individual learning plans, helping to implement strategies and interventions, in relation the individual’s academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.

Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to boost students’ confidence and independence.

Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and share insights on student development, ensuring an inclusive environment for all involved.

Contribute to the creation of a safe and engaging space conducive to learning, focusing holistically on students overall care at all times.

Requirements for the SEN LSA Job Norfolk:

Experience working with children within SEND, either in a classroom or care setting.

A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective communication with students, colleagues and parents/carers.

Patience, empathy, and a sincere passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

Knowledge of specific SEND strategies and interventions highly advantageous.
