Are you an experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) looking for your next opportunity?

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Basildon seeking a dedicated SENCO to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role:

✅ Oversee and lead SEN provision across the school
🎯 Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students with additional needs
📋 Ensure the effective implementation of EHCPs and support strategies
🎓 Provide leadership and training to staff in relation to SEND

The Ideal Candidate:

🏅 Holds the National SENCO Award (or is working towards it)
🔹 Has prior experience as a SENCO or in a similar leadership role
💡 Is passionate about ensuring all students receive the support they need
📚 Has strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices
