4myschools are looking for a SENCO – Primary School.

We are looking for someone with the National SENDCo qualification, or who has relevant SEND experience and is willing to complete the NPQ for SENCOs over the next two years. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday at a school based in Chelmsford.

SENCO – Primary School
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Start Date: Immediate

Candidate Requirements:

– Experience: Proven track record of teaching across the entire primary phase (EYFS to KS2)
– Qualifications: Has achieved the National SENDCo qualification, is currently undertaking this or willing to complete this
– Skills: In-depth knowledge of SEND and has a proven track record of applying this, securing the best provision, resources, and strategies for SEND
– Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them reach their full potential as a SENCO
