4myschools are looking for a Supply Primary Class Teacher to work in schools across Thetford, Norfolk.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Primary Class Teacher to work at primary schools across Thetford, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher (NQT) looking to gain further experience in a variety of classroom settings. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Responsibilities as a Supply Primary Class Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum across a range of primary year groups.
- Follow lesson plans and provide continuity in learning for students.
- Create a safe, positive, and respectful classroom environment.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
- Provide feedback on student progress to the regular class teacher.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning within the school.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage young learners.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
- An up-to-date DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
