As a Supply Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our classroom teachers and helping children achieve their full potential. You will work with children of various ages and abilities, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities for a Supply TA or LSA:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support children with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.

- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are an advantage, but not essential.
