We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to join our team of Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Cringleford, Norfolk. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to provide tailored support to children, enhancing their learning experience and supporting their individual needs, including social, emotional, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:
- Assist in delivering classroom activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support for students, focusing on social, emotional, and academic development.
- Help children with special educational needs (SEN) to reach their full potential.
- Support students with behavioural challenges and encourage positive engagement in the classroom.

Requirements:
Teaching Assistant
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of child development, especially in terms of social, emotional, and cognitive needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a classroom or childcare setting.
