We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join on a job at a vibrant school based in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire on daily supply following a January 2025 start. As a TA your primary focus will be supporting classroom activities and contributing to creating an overall positive and productive learning environment. Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant Job Lincolnshire:

Assisting the lead teacher with instructional tasks and classroom management.
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
Preparing instructional materials and resources.
Monitoring and recording student progress and behavior.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to implement educational programs and interventions.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as grading and maintaining records.
SEND experience welcome, but not essential.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant Job Lincolnshire:

GCSE’s or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field advantageous.
Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
Enhanced DBS check.
