Key Responsibilities for Higher Level Teaching Assistant

– Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under the direction of the class teacher
– Lead small groups and occasionally whole class lessons
– Provide targeted support for students with additional needs
– Contribute to the planning and assessment of learning
– Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

– Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to engage and inspire students
– Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting
