4myschools are looking for a Tutor/Unqualified Supply Teacher to work at schools in Dereham.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tutor/Unqualified Supply Teacher to join our team in East Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a flexible approach to teaching, eager to gain experience in a supportive environment while making a difference to students’ lives.
Key Responsibilities for a Tutor/Unqualified Supply Teacher:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and providing support to students across a variety of subjects.
- Ensuring students stay engaged and motivated while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assisting with classroom management and supporting students in their academic progress.
- Offering additional support to students who require extra help with their studies.
- Following school policies and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for all students.
Requirements for the Tutor/Unqualified Supply Teacher:
- Previous experience working with young people, whether in a teaching, tutoring, or mentoring role is preferred, but not essential.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative in a classroom setting.
- A positive and adaptable approach to different teaching environments.
- A DBS check will be required (we can assist with this process if necessary).
