We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join our welcoming school community. This is a fantastic chance to work in a vibrant and supportive environment, with the role running from January 2025 until July 2025.
Key Responsibilities for a Year 3 Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage Year 3 students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages every child to reach their full potential.
- Work closely with the Year 3 team to plan and deliver the curriculum in line with national standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a collaborative and caring school community.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required.
Requirements:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly in Year 3.
- Be passionate about helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Be a proactive, creative, and adaptable teacher with excellent communication skills.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and be a collaborative team player.
- Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
