About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school on a job-share basis starting in February 2025. You will work collaboratively with another experienced teacher to plan and deliver the curriculum, ensuring every child in the class receives high-quality education and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum.
- Collaborate effectively with your job-share partner and other staff members.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
- Strong commitment to nurturing and inspiring children’s learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to plan collaboratively and work in partnership with colleagues.
