The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 teacher to join a busy but friendly team. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for teaching and a proven track record of fostering a love for learning in their students. You will be responsible for delivering a creative and engaging curriculum, supporting each child’s individual needs, and contributing to the school’s positive ethos. Year 4 Teacher Job Brentwood.
Key Responsibilities:
📚 Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
🌈 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
📝 Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
🤝 Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development
🎉 Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
👩🏫 Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4
📖 Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🌟 Ability to inspire and motivate students
🛡️ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
