The Role:
Seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team starting in January 2025. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment, ensuring each child in your class achieves their full potential. 🎒🍎
Key Responsibilities:
📋 Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
📝 Assess and record students’ progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and senior staff.
🌟 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued.
🤝 Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
🎉 Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
🏫 Experience teaching at the primary school level, preferably in Key Stage 2.
📚 Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
