The Role:

As a Year Lead Teacher, you will:

Lead and inspire a year group, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
Support and mentor teachers within your year group
Work closely with the leadership team to drive progress and attainment
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience
Experience in leading a team or mentoring colleagues
A passion for inclusive education and supporting children from diverse backgrounds
Strong communication and organisational skills
